A.J. McCarron was used to having everything his own way during his college days at Alabama, but it's been anything but his way since he was drafted in to the NFL by the Cincinnati Bengals. The rookie QB is currently injured, but luckily has his wife, Katherine Webb, looking after him. However, it's not just his wife keeping an eye on him, he has Andy Dalton helping him some, and more importantly Jason Campbell is allowing him to pick his brain. Times may be tough, but with Webb, Dalton and Campbell to go to, A.J. will be back better than ever.

A.J. is currently worked from a shoulder rehab schedule, and rather than welping over being the third-choice QB, he's learning everything he can from two of the better veterans playing today.

"I mess with Jason that it feels like I've been watching him since preschool," A.J. insisted. "I used to love watching him play in college, and being able to be around him right now after he's had so many years in the NFL, it's just awesome to sit back and learn from guys of that caliber, and it's definitely a pretty cool experience. I'm married to an Auburn girl, so I don't take (the Iron Bowl rivalry) that seriously."

That's a good attitude for A.J. to have, as he is now an NFL QB, and for a short while he's the kid that has the chance to soak up years of veteran experience. Many rookies state the NFL playbooks etc, are the toughest thing to adapt to. Luckily for this rookie, he has an injury that's forcing him to take the off-field side of the game a lot more serious than many do.

It might look like a long road ahead for the QB, but he has an almost perfect supporting cast around him. Will he ever be a top QB or is his destined to be a bench warmer?
