Mike "The Situation" Sorrentino's lawyer, who is handling his fraud indictment claims, let information slip about Lauren Pesce possibly being his new fiancé.

In a letter to the judge handing his case, his lawyer asked if they could delay his court date do to a conflict of schedules in the reality star's new reality show Marriage Boot Camp.

According to a letter obtained by TMZ, Sorrentino and his fiancée had a contractual agreement for the show to film from October 5–19. His arraignment is set for October 6.

His college sweetheart and girlfriend Lauren Pesce has not mentioned any engagement news on social media, so fans are still waiting for confirmation.

The pair reconnected in the summer of 2013 when Sorrentino was calming down his partying ways. Back then he told NJ.com "I'm in a a stage of my life where I can be the best person I can be and on the couples road. That's all new to me right now."

Pesce has been posting Joel Osteen's inspirational tweets in-between tweeting pictures of puppies and throwback photos of her and her new alleged fiancé. "When it doesn't make sense, sometimes you have to take a step of faith, believing that God knows what's best for you life."

We assume that "The Situation" did not anticipate his future to be filled with lawyer fees and court dates. In September, the reality star known for his partying ways and his brother Marc Sorrentino were charged with tax fraud, allegedly avoiding paying taxes on nearly $9 million.
