Charlie Sheen is probably regretting ever going to the dentist now that the dental technician, who alleges he attacked her, has filed a sexual harassment lawsuit against the actor.
According to ABC News, lawyers for Margarita Palestino filed papers against the Two and a Half Men star for assault, battery, sexual battery, and intentional infliction of emotional distress following a visit to the dentist's office in September.
Palestino said the Anger Management star "yelled incoherently" at her and other staff when he came in for the visit. Also in the room were dentists George Bogen and Jaime Azdair.
She went to allege when she tried applying the mask to his face, he took it off and yelled "I'm going to f--king kill you" at everyone in the room. When Bogen told her to try again, she says the actor grabbed her left breast and then tried to take off her bra.
The complaint goes on to say Charlie's bodyguard came in while all of this was going on and the technician ran out of the room. Azdair then left the room and told Palestino that Sheen had lunged at him with a knife and had continually stabbed the chair in the room.
When Palestino came back into the room Bogen gave Charlie a topical anesthetic, but he took it out and then punched Palestino in the chest. Charlie's bodyguard then got her out of there, but she didn't come back to the room.
Even more shockingly, she alleges that Charlie's personal assistant offered her $500 for her troubles. When Palestino came back to clean up the room which included spit on the walls, Bogen told her Charlie's outburst was due to crack cocaine, Theradol, and alcohol in his system.
Neama Rahmani, Palestino's lawyer, is confident that her client will be vindicated in court.
"Our client is the victim of heinous acts perpetuated by Charlie Sheen," she said to ABC. "She will not be intimidated by Sheen or those who are attempting to cover up for him. We look forward to exposing the truth and vindicating her rights in court."
Charlie's lawyer Marty Singer reacted to the lawsuit with a statement of his own defending his client from any wrong-doing.
"This is a ridiculous lawsuit by an opportunist looking for her 15 minutes of fame," he said. "The suit was filed in response to her being notified that she violated HIPAA. We are confident that my client will prevail in this absurd claim."
