Ashlee Simpson Celebrates 30th Birthday With Jessica Simpson, Evan Ross & A Christmas-Themed Bash

It never snows in Los Angeles, but this year Ashlee Simpson rang in her 30th birthday by enjoying a winter wonderland bash, with snow. Ashlee's favorite time of year is Christmas, so why not have the holiday in October?

Ashlee married Evan Ross on August 31 in Connecticut and then jet set to Bali for their romantic honeymoon. Even though the couple enjoyed their beach vacation when it came time to celebrate Ashlee's birthday, it was all about winter.

Despite it being 90 degrees this past week in California, Evan made it look like they were in the North Pole in honor of his wife's big 3-0. "Last night made it @ashleesimpsonofficial favorite holiday Christmas in California. It was a snowy one. Happy birthday baby," Evan wrote.

The singer's husband shared a photo of her goofing around with her friends in a winter wonderland. There were snowmen and Christmas decorations everywhere with real snow covering the ground. The birthday girl even rocked snow boots and a leopard coat to fit with the theme.

"One of Ashlee's best friends threw her a 'Dirty Thirty' Christmas-themed party at Ashlee's place last night. They had real snow brought in. Ashlee wore a coat and played in the snow. They have huge candy canes all over, Christmas trees, colorful lights draped around," a source told E! News about the star's birthday bash. In addition to her friends, Ashlee's older sister Jessica Simpson attended her fun birthday party. She teased her party look saying, "Ready to celebrate 30yrs of having the best sister on the planet! Happy Birthday @ashleesimpsonofficial." Jessica looked stunning with her blonde locks down and a spectacular face mask (made of glitter and makeup) around her eyes.

On October 3, which is Ashlee's actual birthday, Jessica shared a gorgeous picture of her little sister in one of her bridal looks. "Happy Birthday Ashlee! There is no one I believe in more than you. Thank you for inspiring me everyday. I love you!!! #dirty30," Jessica wrote.
