LeBron James, Dion Waiters, Kyrie Irving, Kevin Love: New NBA TV Deal Could See Cavaliers Land New Superstar

Basketball is a funny game, isn't it? Not long ago, the Cleveland Cavaliers were the laughing stock of the NBA, but now things couldn't be more different. Their starting line-up will include Dion Waiters, Kyrie Irving, Kevin Love and LeBron James, and the last two have made their preseason debut for the Cavs. With a new, huge NBA television deal coming next summer, the Cavaliers can restructure contracts and land a fourth superstar to help their team in their pursuit of an NBA championship — but could shooting guard Waiters soon change those plans as he prepares to be the key piece of their roster?

The Cavaliers tested their new roster in their opening preseason game, and surprise, surprise, they won. The Cavaliers could yet add one more superstar next year. The new NBA TV deal, coming next year, could allow for a much higher salary cap. Love and James can restructure their contracts and the Cavaliers could add anybody they like.

With a roster like this, who wouldn't want to join the Cavs?

But Dion is out to prove the Cavaliers should be throwing that money his way. The talented SG has shown glimpses of his promise, but with all the hype surrounding the rest of the roster, this season could be the one in which he becomes the key player for the Cavaliers.

At times Dion has seemed unstoppable, but now the focus will shift to the Cavaliers's Big 3, leaving the dangerous Dion a ton of space. When Dion is in space, he becomes an elite player, making things happen.

It seems there's nothing but exciting times to come for the Cavaliers, but could Dion become their star man, and could they welcome one more superstar to their team next season? Comment below!
