Kobe Bryant: Los Angeles Lakers Star Runs From NBA Failure, Takes Family On Disneyland Holiday

Kobe Bryant has dominated the NBA for what seems like forever, but after being riddled with injuries and his Los Angeles Lakers falling apart, many are questioning how they will perform in the upcoming season. The veteran sharp-shooter struggled in a recent preseason game, as did the Lakers, and Kobe immediately took himself and his family to Disneyland in an attempt to escape, and forget what looks set to be a miserable and possibly final season in the NBA. Will Kobe tarnish his long-living reputation with one bad season?

Kobe and the Lakers were awful in their Sunday clash against the Golden State Warriors, and it seems like Kobe needed to escape as quickly as possible. He did let his hair down, and have some fun, going on the majority of the rides, as did his wife and kids. Could Kobe soon trade in his career for more family breaks like this?

Of course Kobe still has something to offer to the Lakers, but one can wonder if he can become the player he once was. It's bound to hurt his pride, given that he's always been an elite player, it could be hard for him to settle for a bit-part role. Kobe missed the majority of last season, and in turn his team suffered, leaving them with an NBA draft lottery pick, which was something the franchise hadn't had in a long, long time.

Will Kobe get himself together and reemerge as the player of old, or is it time for him to hang his jersey up and to call it a day?
