This week's episode of Dancing with the Stars was full of spicy and sexy routines. In the "Muy Caliente Monday"-themed episode, Pitbull was the guest judge and every dance turned up the heat.

After Pitbull performed, we quickly got into the results portion of the show. Tommy and Peta were safe, but in jeopardy were Jonathan and Allison. In a shocking turn of events, Janel and Val were also in jeopardy of going home this week.

First up to perform was Jonathan Bennett and Allison Holker. After Jonathan's poor performance with his switch-up partner last week, he really focused on his jazz routine this week. When it came time to perform, Jonathan stepped up and had his greatest performance yet. It was funky, cool and unique. The duo received a whopping 32 points.

When Janel Parrish and Val Chmerkovskiy geared up for their performance, tensions were high. After being apart last week, Janel and Val were excited to be back together, but their excitement quickly turned into frustration. What we did learn is that there is definitely a romantic undertone to their relationship.

"I always feel passionate when I dance with Val," Janel said after her samba performance.

The routine was sexy and hot. Val tore off his shirt — always a crowd pleaser — and the judges agreed, giving them 33 points.

The hilarious duo of Tommy Chong and Peta Murgatroyd took a break from practice this week to visit a sweat lodge and find inner peace. After their interesting trip, Tommy got down to business. Their performance marked the revival of Tommy and Peta's partnership, which the judges enjoyed. Pitbull even called Tommy the "most interesting man in the world." Their foxtrot was cool and collected. The dynamic team earned 28 points.

In the next round of results, Lea and Artem, Antonio and Cheryl and Sadie and Mark were all safe. The next pair to perform was Antonio Sabato Jr. and Cheryl Burke. The couple was happily practicing when Cheryl received bad news about her father having a seizure. Luckily, he's much more stable now, and Antonio was there for moral support. When it came to their routine, they both rallied and had a great salsa routine. It was Broadway-influenced in the beginning and then showed off a lot of hip movement toward the middle. They received 28 points.

The duo of Duck Dynasty's Sadie Robertson and Mark Ballas faced a big challenge this week. They were given the rumba, which terrified Sadie because of its sexual nature. Because of her personal beliefs, Mark worked really hard to make her comfortable and keep the integrity of the style, and it was perfect. The routine was romantic, sweet and graceful. Every judge loved their performance, giving them 35 points.

When Lea Thompson and Artem Chigvintsev took the stage, the stakes were high, since Lea was currently in second place behind Alfonso. Because of the pressure it looked as though Lea lost her confidence a few times within the dance, which was sad to see. Overall, it was a solid salsa routine despite the shake in confidence. They still earned 32 points.

On a non-dance related note, Leah Remini was the guest host this week filling in for Erin Andrews, and she was fabulous. Between her take-off-your-clothes-and-put-on-your-clothes comments to getting emotionally involved with certain routines, she was hilarious and full of sass, which was a breathe of fresh air.

In the last group of results, Alfonso and Witney as well as Bethany and Derek were safe. Michael and Emma were the last couple added to the jeopardy category in Week 6.

Michael Waltrip and Emma Slater had a lot to prove this week after Michael earned straight 5s last week. They were given the Argentine tango, but that wasn't the only thing on Michael's mind this week. Michael also competed in the Talladega 500 in between his rehearsals, where Emma supported him on the sidelines. On stage, Michael really performed like a dancer and showed off his partnering skills. The judges loved seeing his improvement and gave them 30 points.

Bethany Mota and Derek Hough also had a hectic week of practice. Bethany had to travel to Australia for a YouTube event and Derek traveled with her to keep her on track. Unfortunately, because of her travel schedule, they barely had time to really get the routine down. Despite their short amount of actual practice time they nailed their tango. The routine was really unique and had strong choreography. Their flawless technique and traditional routine to funky music earned them 36 points.

Last but not least, Alfonso Ribeiro and Witney Carson took the stage. The power couple had an interesting week when they were separated in the last episode. Although Alfonso did great, Witney and her partner received really low scores, which threw her off and messed with her head. Alfonso helped her through the emotional pain and in return she helped him push through the pain of pulling his groin. When it came to their performance, they nailed it. They did a salsa routine and it was spicy, fast and intense, which was entertaining to watch. Even though Alfonso pulled his groin again, they earned an amazing score of 39.

In the final moments, Janel and Val and Michael and Emma were saved. Unfortunately, Mean Girls alumnus Jonathan and his partner Allison were sent home.

Tune in next week for the DWTS Halloween-themed episode.
