'Dancing With The Stars' Janel Parrish Was Jealous Of Val Chmerkovskiy's Dance With Lea Thompson [PHOTOS]

Last week's episode of Dancing With the Stars was the Switch Up Challenge. Pretty Little Liars star Janel Parrish reveals she was jealous when her normal partner Val Chmerkovskiy performed with Lea Thompson. Luckily, they are back together for tonight's performance and Janel couldn't be happier.

"Watching Val perform with Lea Thompson last week, I was a little jealous, I'm not going to lie. But it also made me appreciate him a little bit more, just to step aside and watch him do his thing," Janel wrote in her People blog. "I thought he did an amazing routine. It was very creative and just so wonderful. I was really proud of him."

During week five's "Switch Up," Janel was paired with Lea's real partner, Artem Chigvintsev for a sexy burlesque number. The 25-year-old actress revealed that even though the judges were not very happy with their "nontraditional" burlesque, she had a great time performing with Artem.

"I think Artem did an amazing job with the choreography, and ultimately we were really happy with the way that it turned out. We were still really happy with 8s," she said. "It was a fun week to dance with somebody else, but I think we were all really happy to go back to our partners."

On tonight's all-new episode season 19 of DWTS will take on a Latin-themed night. Pitbull will be the guest judge and everyone is preparing to bring his or her sexiest Latin routines to the night. This week, Val and Janel will be back together doing a traditional samba, which should challenge Janel's dancing abilities.

"This dance is going to be a very traditional samba. Val and I were talking about how our routines so far have been a little bit more contemporary takes on some of the dances, maybe save for the rumba, but this is going to be a very traditional samba. We're channeling some amazing Latin dances," Janel explained.

No matter how well they perform this week, Janel is just happy to be back with her partner. "It's really nice to be back with Val. Switch-up sort of felt like a vacation, and then getting back together to do our routine is like getting back to work," she revealed.
