NFL Quarterback Aaron Rodgers Gives Girlfriend Olivia Munn A 'Special Ring'

The Newsroom actress Olivia Munn is showing off some serious bling on her hand these days and it's all thanks to her boyfriend, NFL quarterback Aaron Rodgers. The 34-year-old actress revealed that that her boyfriend gave her a special ring.

During an interview with The New York Post, the Deliver Us from Evil actress showed off her new ring, which was a gift from her Green Bay Packers quarterback boyfriend. The couple met at the Academy of Country Music awards and began dating in April.

Olivia told the publication all about her vintage yellow-gold ring with a large oval emerald. "This is a gift from my boyfriend, actually. I wore this for a premiere, and he had heard me talking to my stylist about being obsessed with it. It is such a special ring, and then he surprised me," Olivia explained to The New York Post.

Even though the star described it as "special," she was quick to say that it isn't an engagement ring. "It's not that kind of ring, by the way. It's not the special ring. I mean, it's a very special ring, but it is not the special ring," she clarified.

The Magic Mike actress also opened up about her personal style and how she's slowly learned that you can be smart and like fashion. Her newfound appreciation of fashion came two years ago when she realized that you could be both a "fashion girl" and a "smart girl."

"Women can embrace fashion and femininity ... and also be able to embrace your intellect and your drive. Enjoying fashion does not make you egotistical," she told the publication, revealing that once she saw women like Tina Fey and Kerry Washington having fun with fashion she began to like it herself.

Her fashion staple is definitely Céline boots, of which she has over 70 pairs, she admitted. "I tend to go more classic tailored with an edge. Actually ... I'm not going to say that. I'm like, 'That sounded cool,' and then I'm like, 'Wait, when do I have an edge?'" she said.

Olivia will be the upcoming film Mortdecai alongside Johnny Depp this February. She is also currently filming Ride Along 2 with Kevin Hart and Ice Cube.
