Halloween is just days away, and it seems several fans are going as troubled NFL duo Adrian Peterson and Ray Rice. Many have bought their jerseys, and many have dressed up as the stars, showcasing their costumes at early parties and events. With many more events in the coming week, could the pair have the favored Halloween costume? Perhaps the fans are trying to support them, or perhaps they're suggesting they're that scary, and the NFL must fix the ongoing problems revolving the pair. But Maze singer Frankie Beverly and Charles Barkley have defended the Minnesota Vikings RB.

The Maze frontman insisted it was a "little spanking" and continued, saying, "My father would have gotten the electric chair. Don't be telling me how to take care of my child."

Barkley, a sports icon, also chucked his support toward the NFL star, saying, "Whipping, we do that all the time. Every black parent in the South is going to be in jail under those circumstances."

Peterson, of course, is in trouble for hitting his child with a tree branch while Rice assaulted his then wife-to-be, rocking the NFL, adding to an already violent list of sporting criminals. Lately, the talk has turned back to the football, but the pair both want to resolve the matter and resume their football careers, meaning the matter is nowhere near finished.

Should the troubled RB be allowed to play in the NFL, and is it wrong for fans to dress up as the pair or not? Comment below!
