Robert Griffin III is set to join a massive list of QB that are deemed as "not good enough" in the NFL, and these teams will be searching for replacements. Blake Sims is seen as a top NCAA prospect, but many are forgetting he's still trying to fill the gap that A.J. McCarron and Katherine Webb left. Ray Rice is back and ready to re-enter the NFL, but which team will take a huge risk and add the RB, who has seen his career ruined by his domestic abuse case, to their roster? Rice was one of the biggest stars in the NFL, but when a video of his assault on his then-wife-to-be Janay Rice went viral, the Baltimore Ravens wanted nothing to do with him. But he has been given a second chance: Janay has forgiven him and continued to offer her support for her husband, and now he's hoping to resurrect his career. The question is can he rebuild his career, and what team should take a chance and sign him? Several unnamed stars have added their support, saying that he does deserve a second chance. One fellow star added "everyone deserves a second chance." Another star explained: "I know Ray and his wife. I believe they've forgiven each other. The Washington Redskins thought they had it all figured out. They had the young, talented Robert Griffin III, Colt McCoy and Kirk Cousins, and despite reports suggesting they believe in RG3, there's now rumblings from within their camp, that they don't see him in their future plans. The Redskins are likely to let Colt finish the season before trading Robert, and quite possibly the other two QB. They are then hoping to redefine their QB position, trying to draft UCLA NCAA QB, Brett Hundley, as well as trying to lure (possible) free agent Brian Hoyer from the Cleveland Browns. Sometimes opposites attract, and that seems to be the case with Ariana Grande and Big Sean. Sean's working on tracks with rap gods like Eminem while Ariana is busy capturing the world's attention being their pop princess. The beauty has announced that she's releasing a Christmas song called "Santa Tell Me," and adding to that Sean has revealed that he and Slim Shady have a follow-up to their "Detroit Vs. Everybody" song. Either way, the music industry might just have the cutest couple in the world. Ariana's song has her pleading for help to find some Christmas love, but in reality she's dating rap hot-shot Sean. When the Washington Redskins drafted Robert Griffin III, they believed they'd sorted their QB woes for the next decade, but they're going through a crisis at the moment. They have no idea whether they should invest in a new QB, or if they should choose one of RGIII, Colt McCoy or Kirk Cousins. But as Slim Shady has matured, he has tamed it down some, though now it appears he is back with a vengeance, insulting Lana Del Rey, Ray Rice and Adrian Peterson — all in the space of a few days. In the process, his name has been added to the "make them retire" list, but will the lyrically-lit rapper call it quits after insisting he'd punch Del Rey in the face, and will the unwanted NFL duo retire? A.J. McCarron was used to being the man at Alabama during his NCAA days, but that's been anything but the case so far since he joined the Cincinnati Bengals. The QB was drafted this year, and he hoped to become an instant starter, but so far he's nowhere near good enough to replace Andy Dalton.
