José Mourinho and Didier Drogba might not have expected such a struggle, but the pair led Chelsea to a last-gasp victory over lower league opposition Shrewsbury Town, ensuring they'll enter the League Cup quarter-final draw. Despite being angry with the poor player performances, José took the time to please a cancer patient, and the kid couldn't have been happier. Drogba also added to his legacy, staying behind to sign autographs for more than 30 minutes for the opposite team's fans. Chelsea might struggle occasionally, but it seems they really are in this together.

José's men won 2-1 against a lower league side, and it's easy to say he expected more.

He explained: "I expect people that have not been playing a lot to raise their level and create problems. I love problems of choice, but it's easy to choose my team for Saturday. I also had people like [goalkeeper] Petr Cech and [midfielder Jon Obi] Mikel, people with lots of years at the club, who would prefer to start at Old Trafford.

"They didn't and they came here today and gave a fantastic example. After that there are the young boys and they have to follow the spirit and the professionalism of the others. I was worried when they equalized [through Andy Mangan,] but we go through and Didier played a massive part in that."

But before the game, he took time out to meet 11-year-old Shrewsbury fan Lloyd Burton, who's suffering from cancer. Mourinho took the time to sign pictures for the kid, making his dreams come true. Even though the game result would've upset the Shrewsbury fan, it's safe to say he had a good time.

On top of that, striker Didier took the time to sign autographs. Chelsea are on a mission to keep winning, and it's safe to say they'll always respect the opposition and their fans.
