The UEFA Team of the Year nominations are out. Premier League stars Vincent Kompany, Yaya Toure, Thiabaut Courtois, Diego Costa, Angel Di Maria and Alexis Sanchez make the nominee list, but will their nominations be turned into a place on the elite team?
