2015 People's Choice Awards TV Nominees Revealed: See Which TV Shows And Stars Made The List Including 'The Vampire Diaries,' ‘Supernatural' And More

The People's Choice Awards nominees have officially been released and there are some very popular TV shows that made the list. Both The Vampire Diaries and Grey's Anatomy earned the most nominations for the 2015 award show. ABC's Once Upon a Time, CW's Supernatural, ABC's Castle and Fox's Bones all got five noms.

The show will air live on CBS on January 7 with and the biggest TV categories are as follows: Favorite TV Show nominees include, The Big Bang Theory, Game of Thrones, NCIS, Once Upon a Time and The Walking Dead. Favorite TV Comedy also has The Big Bang Theory, and then 2 Broke Girls, Modern Family, Mom and New Girl.

As for Favorite Network Drama, the category includes Chicago Fire, Downton Abbey, Grey's Anatomy, Revenge and Scandal. Favorite Cable TV Comedy includes Baby Daddy, Cougar Town, Faking It, Melissa & Joey and Young & Hungry. The Favorite Cable TV Drama's feature Bates Motel, Pretty Little Liars, Sons of Anarchy, True Detective and Rizzoli & Isles.

The more intense shows up for Favorite TV Crime Drama are, Bones, Castle, Criminal Minds, The Mentalist and NCIS. The Favorite Network Sci-Fi/Fantasy TV Show nominees include, Beauty and the Beast, Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D., Once Upon a Time, The Vampire Diaries and Supernatural.

TV shows such as Reign (which won new TV drama last year), The Big Bang Theory (which won nunerous categories in 2014) and Castle (which won best TV drama) are all frontrunners in our minds. Each show has continued to impress this season and the people loved them last year ... and the people don't lie.

With The Vampire Diaries' top nominations this year, we are most excited about a win in the Favorite TV Duo category. They previsously won the On-Screen Chemistry award. Now that Elena (played by Nina Dobrev) and Damon (played by Ian Somerhalder) have been reunited in season six, we expect some serious sparks that will earn them the People's Choice yet again.
