Camila Alves’s Son Levi's Reaction To Her New Target Gig Is Adorable

Camila Alves — aka Mrs. Matthew McConaughey — revealed that she's going to be partnering with Target as their new mom ambassador Tuesday night, Nov. 4. The news is fabulous and Camila's son Levi's reaction to his mom's new gig was the best part.

At the Annie for Target collection launch in New York City this week, Camila told People all about her 6-year-old son's reaction to her Target ambassador news.

"When I told Levi I was going to work with Target, his eyes lit up and he was like, 'Mom, are you gonna wear the red shirt?' and I was like, 'What do you mean "the red shirt," Levi?'" Camila told People.

"He goes, 'The red shirt from the register! You're gonna work at the register, right?' It was so sweet, the cutest thing ever, that he's so innocent, he thought Mama's gonna work at the register at Target!" she added.

Now that her adorable son thinks she's working the register, the designer joked, "So at some point I need to get my red Target shirt and work checkout."

Camila is the mother of three and wife to Matthew McConaughey. They have Levi, Vida, 4, and Livingston, almost 2.

"I'm a very busy woman, I'm a mother of three, so I've learned a little bit in every segment of life — beauty, kids, cooking — and I want to share it in a way that it is accessible, affordable and fun for everybody," she explained to the publication about her new role with Target.

While Camila has been focused on her Target position, her husband has been promoting his new film Interstellar, which hits theaters Nov. 7. Matthew previously admitted to People that the film was so moving that he cried when he finally saw it.

"I watched it, and I cried three times. It throttled me," the Oscar winner told People at the New York City premiere of the film Monday. The film also stars Oscar-winning actress Anne Hathaway.
