'RHONJ' Andy Cohen, Teresa Giudice Shocking Tell-All Book: Bravo Host Says 'Housewife' Was 'In Denial' About Prison!

Real Housewives of New Jersey star Teresa Giudice is preparing for prison less than a couple months away, but according to her boss Andy Cohen, the reality star and her husband Joe Giudice were in total denial over the outcome of their court case.

In the Watch What Happens Live host's new tell-all book, The Andy Cohen Diaries: A Deep Look at a Shallow Year, the Bravo star writes about an interview he did with the reality couple when they were charged with 39 different counts of fraud by the government.

"It was like pulling teeth," he penned in an account from Sept. 22, 2013. "They are either very un-introspective or in complete denial. Or both."

The Real Housewives executive producer even detailed to them their maximum prison sentence, but the RHONJ stars were still in a daze.

"I said, 'So ... you guys are facing fifty years in prison, and they were like, 'Is it fifty years? We thought it was a hundred. Is it fifty years both or just one or ...'" he continued. "So that's something they are going to want to clarify with their attorneys."

As MStars News reported, Teresa and Joe received prison sentences after pleading guilty to charges of mortgage and bankruptcy fraud. Teresa will serve 15 months while her husband got 59 months behind bars for separate crimes.

The cookbook author recently found out she will do her time at Danbury Correctional Facility in Connecticut. The prison was the inspiration for the Netflix hit comedy series Orange Is the New Black.

Last night, Nov. 11, Teresa's — most likely — final reunion show aired where she and Andy had a heartfelt moment together before saying goodbye.

"Do you think this is it for you?" he asked.

"Yeah, I think so," the mother of four said. "You're gonna make me cry, Andy. This is probably gonna be my last reunion."
