Tonight LeBron James takes his Cleveland Cavaliers back to the Boston Celtics, where it never went down quite as planned before. Often they were the NBA team to spoil the party for James and co., but he's excited to return. On top of that, he has praised Dr. Dre and ended his "feud" with the Celtics' fans. James showed love for Dre, posting the following message on his Twitter and Instagram accounts: "This was the start of it all Dre! Look how far we've come in such a short time Jimmy, @mavcarter, PW,... https://instagram.com/p/vXidCdiTBF/"
However, he also left room to squash the so called Boston-fans feud.
James explained: "Their fans know the game of basketball, they appreciate the game of basketball, and I love a little adversity. They're one of the best at creating adversity, so it should be fun. Oh yeah, you hear them. They have their own slang and twang. I know, obviously, being a part of that. And also just shooting a TV show ["Survivor's Remorse"] where [the main characters are] from Boston. So I know all about it. They've been great. Even in negative times, they've been great. Just to compete in that building, the rivalry that I have with the Big Three when they were there over the years has been cool."
