'The Hills' Infamous Couple, Heidi Montag And Spencer Pratt Trying To Get Pregnant — Pregnancy Test To Reveal A Positive Sign, Just Like Her Pal Natalie Nunn?

Could Heidi Montag be planning a baby reveal party soon? The former The Hills star and wife of Spencer Pratt posted a very interesting photo via Instagram on Thursday, showcasing a Clearblue ovulation test that she just purchased.

"@kithoover I found this in the store! Thank you for the advice! Shhhh don't tell @spencerpratt lol!" Mrs. Pratt captioned the snapshot below.

According to Too Fab, Montag was on Access Hollywood earlier this week where "baby" seemed to be the main subject.

"Its not secret that Spencer and I have been debating about children and we are on different sides of the fence on that," Heidi who dished about starring in Marriage Boot Camp said. "So I just kind of wanted to come there and have someone bring us to a middle ground of 'Never' and 'Now,' so we've come to a consensus."

"I think that it was just scary for him, the feeling that he was going to lose me a little bit and just not knowing if he was capable to be able to provide for a child right now," Montag explains. "We've come to a pretty good understanding and definitely in the near future."

"You get the ovulation kit with the smiley face, don't tell him and you know when you're ovulating," Hoover replied to the former The Hills star.

Meanwhile, Montag and Pratt have been hanging out with soon-to-be parents Natalie Nunn, who revealed this week that she was expecting her first child with her husband, Jacob Payne.

Right now, Montag and Pratt are getting parental practice with their adorable dogs.
