If you didn't catch Saturday Night Live this past Saturday, Nov. 15, with guest host Woody Harrelson, then you totally missed out. Easily one of the best SNL episodes the network has churned out in quite some time, it all started with the Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part 1 star's monologue, which featured his fellow cast members Jennifer Lawrence, Josh Hutcherson and Liam Hemsworth. And as if that wasn't enough, the bit kicked up a notch when they all spoofed Taylor Swift's "Blank Space" from her newest album 1989.

Harrelson kicked off his opening monologue noting that the last time he was on the SNL stage as host was way back in 1989 –– oddly enough, the same year and name as Swift's newest album. "Now, I just heard Taylor Swift's new album which is called 1989," the actor said. "But with all due respect to Ms. Swift, I think I know a little bit more about 1989 than she does..."

With that, Harrelson pulled out a guitar and started belting out a hilarious (and honest) spoof of "Blank Space," detailing his memories of 1989. Of course, he admits that some of the memories could be a bit blurry. You know, "because of the drugs."

As he went on, the stage filled up with his Hunger Games castmates –– who apparently were not even born in 1989. Thankfully, they were educated on some happenings that went down during the year. Things like the Berlin Wall coming down at the hand of the Kool-Aid Man or Einstein inventing Wi-Fi. Yeah...

Check out Harrelson's monologue below:

As it turns out, reading cue cards was a bit difficult for Jennifer Lawrence (at least, for a second), but it was all hysterically saved when she joked that no one wants to hear her sing and claimed that Harrelson is "always so stoned."

Afterwards, the quartet kicked back into "Blank Space" and ended when Harrelson incorrectly called this year 2016, joking the mistake was due to the fact that he "smoke a lot of herb" before he got to the studio.
