This week's episode of Dancing With the Stars whittled the top five teams down to the final four pairs. In the "Plugged v. Unplugged" episode, each team showed off two completely different sides of themselves.

In week 10, every team had one song that they used in their two routines. The first dance was to original version of their song, while the second was an "unplugged" version that completely changed the mood. Every performance in the semifinals was better than the next, which made it even more fun to watch.

Sadie & Mark: Duck Dynasty's Sadie Robertson and Mark Ballas kicked off the night with a quickstep to "Problem" by Ariana Grande. After last week's mistake by Sadie, which didn't matter because she received a perfect score, the stakes were even higher this week. When they took the stage, they were amazing. The quickstep routine was fun and airy and Sadie had amazing control of her upper body. The judges were fans of it and they got 37 points. For their second routine of the night, they performed an Argentine tango to a slower version of their song. It was beautiful and very different. They used a guitar throughout their performance as both a prop and a tool to hold them together as a team. They again received 37 points for the cool and funky take on the tango. Before their final routine, Sadie's family and friends talked about her childhood and her love of God. Country singer Luke Bryan even spoke about the young star, which was pretty cool. Tommy & Peta: Tommy Chong and Peta Murgatroyd took the stage next as the ultimate underdogs. Their first routine was a jazz dance to "Tainted Love," which was a really great song choice. They were strong and fun to watch with this performance and Tommy nailed it as a partner. The judges loved his performance as usual and named him the wildcard of the season. They earned 28 points. Their second routine was definitely the stronger of the two performances. They began their slower version of the song, which was a rumba routine, with Peta dancing in a snow globe. The whole routine was reminiscent of The Nutcracker and it was very moving to watch. The dance even brought some of the judges to tears. They received 34 points.

Bethany & Derek: When Bethany Mota and Derek Hough prepared for this week's dances, Derek hit a roadblock when it came to choreographing. Despite his creative block in rehearsals they nailed their routines. Their first dance was a samba to "I Want You Back," by The Jackson 5 and it was very smooth and playful. The whole routine told a story about two men fighting for Bethany and in the end the men kissed when Bethany ducked and it was hilarious. The dance was sassy and sweet and they got 36 points. Before Bethany's final routine her family spoke about her journey to overcome being bullied and it is clear that even throughout this show, she has continued to find her voice. In the team's second performance they had a contemporary routine and it was elegant and beautiful to watch. The judges called it a "modern masterpiece," and gave them a perfect score of 40 points. Janel & Val: Pretty Little Liars star Janel Parrish and Val Chmerkovskiy got a little help this week when Val's older brother and former DWTS pro Maks stopped by the studio. Since his brother won last year, Val is really hoping to keep it in the family and win the mirror ball trophy this year and when the duo took the stage they didn't disappoint. Their paso doble was strong from the moment it began. They rocked all black and looked fierce and powerful throughout their routine. The judges loved it so much that they wished there was more, as did we. They earned 40 points. Their second routine was the Argentine tango and it was equally as entertaining to watch. In a cool switch, Val started out playing the violin in the routine and they both wore all white. The dance was pretty and full of subtle movements that transitioned into intense lifts that were insane to watch. They got 38 points. Alfonso & Witney: The final couple of the night was Alfonso Ribeiro and Witney Carson. During rehearsals last week, Alfonso hurt his back while trying to lift Witney and not reinjure his groin. Despite his serious health issues, he pushed through the pain and rocked both of his routines. The duo's first dance was an Argentine tango, which was strong and flowed perfectly. It was fun and smooth and even showed off Alfonso's personality through the pain. They earned 36 and praise from the judges as well as well wishes to make it to the finals. The second routine was a contemporary routine for the couple and they clearly had their groove back. It was a breathtaking and super cool performance that showed emotion and heart. Alfonso didn't even look hurt in this round, which was good to see. Overall it was strong and powerful earning them 39 points.

In the final moments of the episode the elimination round began. Luckily, Alfonso and Witney were saved and sent to the finals round first. Janel and Val and Bethany and Derek were also saved. Between Sadie and Mark and Tommy and Peta, Tommy was eventually sent home, while Sadie made it to the finals. As Tommy walked to center stage he received a standing ovation from everyone in the crowd. Tune in next week to see the finals round of season 19 of Dancing With the Stars and don't forget to vote for you favorite couple.
