Jessica Alba is an actress and businesswoman, but her most important job is being a mother. The Sin City actress is opening up about her daughters and their growing sassiness, plus she admits that her youngest daughter Haven doesn't want to leave her crib.

"[Being a mom's] my priority. I feel like they're growing up too fast, and I want to freeze them in time," Jessica told People. "I don't think that's going to happen because every day they're just getting taller and sometimes more sassy."

The Fantastic Four actress has two daughters — Honor Marie, 6, and Haven Garner, 3 — with husband Cash Warren. Despite how much she loves her kids, she revealed that it isn't so easy running The Honest Co. and keeping up with her girls.

Jessica created The Honest Co. in order to have safe, eco-friendly products for babies that can be delivered to your door. What started as a venture to fill her own needs as a parent has quickly become almost a billion-dollar business.

"When I became a mom, I finally became the person I am, that I always should have been. It's the most satisfying job in the world. But it can also be overwhelming and confusing. I created The Honest Co. to help moms and to give all children a better, safer start," Jessica said on The Honest Co. website.

"It can be really long days. When I'm home after I've put the kids to bed I'm still going. When you're running a company there is no nine to five. It's a 24/7 [job]," the 33-year-old star explained to People.

The silver lining is that her youngest daughter still wants to be the baby in the house, and Jessica is in full support of that plan.

"Oh, my God, she loves her crib. She wants sleepovers because her sister has sleepovers so I try to do sleepovers with Mom. She says, 'OK, Mommy, I'm done. I need to go back to my crib now,'" the Little Fockers actress revealed.

"She's so restless — she wants to talk so she's super into her crib. It's really cute and I'm like, 'Yes, stay a baby forever,'" she said.
