Lindsey Duke [PHOTOS]: Jacksonville Jaguars' Blake Bortles Splits With Supermodel Girlfriend? [Watch]

After starting with a tough rookie campaign, things just keep getting worse for Jacksonville Jaguars quarterback Blake Bortles. Reportedly single now, Bortles has split with his longtime supermodel girlfriend Lindsey Duke.

We previously mentioned how ESPN aired a mini-profile on the rising college football star. So far in his rookie season, the 22 year old has thrown 8 touchdowns and 14 interceptions. Unfortunately, the Jaguars have reached the bottom of the AFC South with a 1-9 record.

Online searches for the gorgeous blonde girlfriend skyrocketed since then. The model girlfriend landed the top number one spot of MStars News' Top 5 Most Beautiful NFL Rookie Girlfriends and Wives.

Busted Coverage reported on the news through their official Twitter account. Supposedly there are no snapshots of Duke at any of Blake's football games. Adding more to the rumored split, there's not even a photos of the blonde stunner in a Jaguars jersey. When Busted Coverage shared the article on their Twitter, another follower responded back as to whether or not something is going on between the couple. Steve Sardone, @SteveSardone, the self-proclaimed "proud UFC alum," states the two have broken up. Sardone tweets, "@bustedcoverage he broke up with her a few months ago" @BustedCoverage follows up with a question, "What happened?" Sardone answers, "@bustedcoverage not sure, friend of mine is good friends with his family and they said he was single now. Only I know is he ended it."

The New York Post even states that the former high school sweethearts have called it quits. While he was a star college quarterback, the promising athlete had no problem with his his girlfriend sharing bikini selfies on Instagram. When Bortles landed on the NFL, Dukes took her Instagram account private.
