MTV star Diem Brown lost her long battle with cancer earlier this month, but the spirit of the Real World Road Rules Challenge star will live on forever. Diem was memorialized in a tear-jerking tribute video, which was played at her funeral earlier this week.

The video, which was posted to YouTube, features some of the happiest times of Diem's life through photos and video clips. It tells the story of Brown's life from the beginning, on June 12, to her untimely death, on November 14.

According to E! News, the clip shows her happy memories as she spends time with her family growing up, heads off to college at Florida State, and even includes some video clips of her time as a reporter. The montage also features segments of Diem's time as a sorority girl, her time on the MTV, and even her getting ready to interview Brad Pitt.

The overall message of the clip, besides paying tribute to the fun spirited Demi is, "Do everything," you possibly can in your lifetime.

"Don't take any moment for granted. Just go for it, do it. Because you're going to experience so much," Demi explains in a flashback clip in the video collage.

Diem's loved ones and friends have been paying their respects to her since her passing last Friday, including her longtime love and MTV reality star Chris "C.T." Tamburello.

He posted a photo to his Instagram account of Diem's prayer card along with a set of rosary beads.

His caption reads, "You have always been My Angel. And now you have your wings. We've been thru so much over the years. Thru the ups and downs we somehow managed to keep our promise. We never gave up on each other."

Rest in Peace Diem.
