With the finale of Craig Ferguson's Late Late Show coming to fruition on Dec. 19 – welcoming in final guest Jay Leno – and James Corden not taking over the spot until March of 2015, there's been much wonder as to what will occur during the nine-week gap. Well, now it appears that question has been answered, because Judd Apatow, The Big Bang Theory star Kunal Nayyar, musician John Mayer, and more, are locked in to host various episodes of the show until the Into The Woods' star's premiere.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, the post-Ferguson / pre-Corden era will be filled by a number of noted comedians, actors and musicians. The Price Is Right host Drew Carey will host the Late Late Show on the first week of 2015, Jan. 5-9, as well as the last before Corden takes over, March 2-6. Furthermore, Apatow, actor Will Arnett, Wayne Brady, comedian Jim Gaffigan, Mike and Molly's own Billy Gardell, Sean Hayes, Reno 911! star Thomas Lennon, Mayer and Nayyar will round out the rest of the guest hosts.

THR notes that amongst the newfound hosts, the CBS daytime series The Talk will air from Jan. 12-16 in the late night spot as a special edition.
