Well, it's Black Friday and that can only mean one thing – the day for comedian Jimmy Pardo and his podcast Never Not Funny's six annual 13-hour long Pardcast-a-Thon has finally arrived! Oh, sorry, were you thinking about Black Friday sales instead of a charitable telethon that raises money for Smile Train – a charity helping children with cleft palates? Hmm... interesting perspective. Anyway, while a reported 96 million people will be busy shopping, a large number of others will find themselves at the Acme Comedy Theater in Los Angeles at 12 p.m. PT (3 p.m. ET) to sit down, donate some monies and watch Pardo and his co-hosts Matt Belknap and Pat Francis chat in person with an array of guests for 13 hours in an event consisting of stand up comedy, conversations and more! This year, the opening act for Conan O'Brien's TBS series CONAN, plans to welcome in the likes of "Weird Al" Yankovic, Sarah Silverman, Scott Aukerman, Hangover star Zach Galifianakis, and MANY more (equaling over 30 guests) into his charity event, all in attendance to support the wonderful cause.

Adding to the list of guests, Pardo and his crew over at NNF – including videographer Eliot Hochberg, intern Garon Cockrell and others behind the scenes – have put together a number of auctions fans can bid on. Things such as sitting in on an episode of Never Not Funny or having lunch with the famed comedian. Oh, and there's also that little one of winning two VIP tickets to see CONAN and MEET Conan O'Brien.

Best part? MStars News has the live stream of Pardcast-a-Thon below!

The event is set to begin at 3 p.m. EST (12 p.m. PST), so make sure to tune in. Until then, follow the hashtag #PCAT14, Never Not Funny on Twitter for live updates, and Smile Train on Twitter to see what you can do to help NNF raise the most they can.

Last year, the crew brought in well over $100,000 for the charity. Let's see what they can do this year!

Before today, the Spezzatura comedian has been doing quite a bit of press to promote the sixth annual event, even appearing on CONAN just a couple of weeks ago. And while the two discussed Pardo's anger problems and his rage being taken out via tweets, there certainly appears to be no rage in his below messages about Pardcast-a-Thon:

You can find the live stream above on MStars, at the Never Not Funny site or on YouTube.
