Rashida Jones let slip a bombshell on the Thanksgiving episode of The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon last night. The Parks And Recreation star revealed that she will be co-writing the upcoming Pixar mega-film, Toy Story 4.

Chatting to Fallon about projects she couldn't talk about (including any involvement in the new version of Twin Peaks; her mother Peggy Lipton played Norma Jennings in the 1988 original) and musing that the more "important" one gets, the less they can talk about... she then gave up the information that she will be writing the just-announced addition to the Toy Story franchise.

"Yeah," Jones replied to Fallon's question as to whether she was writing Toy Story 4. "I'm co-writing it with Will McCormack."

It was a reveal that took everyone by surprise, including Questlove!

"She never told anyone!" Fallon exclaimed. "You're co-writing one of the biggest movies in the history of the world!!" he laughed.

But when pressed for details about what might be in store for Woody, Buzz and the Toy Story gang, all Jones could say was: "Can't talk about it."

She then laughed and said "Doesn't that make me seem powerful and successful. By the way, I hate it; I'm such an open book that it's so hard for me."

All she would say about working with Pixar that "It's awesome, it's great. I can say it's awesome. Everybody floats above the ground and eats space food."

Even though the news that Jones and McCormack were writing Toy Story 4 was reported a month ago, it seemed like it slipped under the radar.

Jones also revealed that her character Ann Perkins, along with Rob Lowe's Chris Traeger and their baby, will be appearing in the NBC hit's final season. Unsurprisngly, she also added she couldn't say anything about it! "I cannot discuss it, it's under wraps," she laughed.

What do you think; will Rashida Jones and Will McCormack write a Toy Story for the ages? What do you want to see in the movie, slated for 2017? You can watch the interview on The Tonight Show below.
