There's a new Comedians in Cars Getting Coffee episode coming out this Thursday, Dec. 4, and from the looks of it, there's reason to be excited! On the upcoming episode of Jerry Seinfeld's acclaimed web series, former SNL player and current Portlandia star Fred Armisen is taking some time off from manning the 8G Band over at NBC's Late Night with Seth Meyers in order to show the veteran comedian his way around the city of Portland.

Back when Seinfeld declared Portlandia one of "the best comedies of all time" we knew there had to be some sort of appearance coming up from Armisen. Now, our prayers are happily being answered. Take a look at the new trailer for this Thursday's episode below:

So, does Seinfeld's 1965 green Saab make him fit in with the Portland crowd? It seems so!

From the above trailer, it looks like Seinfeld and Armisen are somewhat of a perfect pair, seemingly riffing off one another as if they've known each other for years.

Armisen's appearance on Comedian in Cars Getting Coffee makes us wonder if we'll ever see the comedian on the IFC hit anytime soon. Seeing as he's praised it in the past, perhaps it's possible? Stay tuned with MStars News on that to see!

This Thursday's episode will sit as the fifth of Seinfeld's Season 5. Before Armisen, he's welcomed in the likes of Amy Schumer, YouTube personality Miranda Sings, comedian Bill Burr and Kevin Hart. After Armisen's episode this Thursday, the Seinfeld star will bring in Tonight Show host Jimmy Fallon as well as comedic actress Ali Wentworth.

Tune into Fred Armisen's episode of Comedians in Cars Getting Coffee this Thursday, Dec. 4, at 12 p.m.
