Tom Brady, Justin Bieber, Blake Griffin & Rob Gronkowski: New England Patriots QB Holding NFL Dreams Back?

Tom Brady and Rob Gronkowski are equals when stepping out onto the NFL field for the New England Patriots, but Brady has explained that his old-man attitude doesn't want to put up with several of his younger stars' off-field partying antics. Could Brady's veteran presence hold the team back when it comes down to it? Many believe he's the reason the Pats have failed to go the distance in recent years, however, they are a heavy favorite to win the Super Bowl this year. Gronk recently partied with Justin Bieber, attending an L.A. Clippers NBA game to watch Blake Griffin, but as expected, Brady was nowhere to be seen.

It seems these days, many of the "trendy" stars love to spend time together, cheering each other on in their respective fields of play. However, Brady would rather spend time with his family and get some rest these days. He explained that those days of partying "have come and gone in my life." He continued, saying, "Those guys should go out and have fun. They're young guys."

One can wonder, will Brady hold these "young guys" back? He has led the team brilliantly, but many believe the Pats should cut ties with the veteran, possibly trading him before his stock rapidly sinks.

For now, Brady and Gronk are perfect on the field, but would the Pats benefit from handing off the starting role to a younger, "less boring" QB? Brady will do his best to win a Super Bowl this year, and one thing is for sure, he will get all the required rest he can, so he should be at his best; but is it enough?
