Interstellar actress Jessica Chastain might be the coolest daughter ever. The 37-year-old star reveled that she bought her mother a really cool gift... a vegan food truck!

When Jessica stopped by The Ellen DeGeneres Show on Monday she explained her unique gift for her mom Jerri Hastey (who is a chief). "It's called Seed On The Go and it's very, very exciting," Jessica told Ellen DeGeneres. "She used to have a restaurant and now she's more mobile."

Ellen joked saying, "So she can just drive around her restaurant anywhere she wants to go!" The host then showed a picture of Jerri peeking out of the window of her new food trick holding a glass of wine, which unfortunately is not sold at the truck.

"The funny thing is, that [photo] was on her Facebook page and she was so excited about the food truck, and I went and looked on her Facebook page and was like, 'mom, you don't understand the idea of a truck and wine. You cannot be sitting in the driver's seat with a glass of wine hanging out the window!" the Zero Dark Thirty actress explained on the show.

The truck runs in the Santa Rosa, California area and includes brunch, entree and dessert menus. Some of the cuisine includes Belgian Waffles and biscuits and gravy for brunch, while the entrée menu has items like a sloppy seed burger and a tzatziki potato salad. The desserts include cinnamon rolls, banana bread and strawberry shortcake.

"The last time I was here I talked about her chia pudding and that will be on the truck," Jessica added during her Ellen appearance.

The Help actress also opened up about her dog Chaplain that she rescued. The star explained that her three-legged dog actually rescued her and then revealed that he loves show business.

"He's backstage. He will probably will try to sneak out on this stage at any moment because he wants to be in movies so bad," she revealed. "He snuck on stage when I was on Broadway, he hopped out."
