Kendra Wilkinson Made Half a Mill in Only Six Months of Stripping! 'I'm A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here' & 'On Top' Star's Jaw-Dropping Revelation

Kendra Wilkinson found fame and fortune as the girlfriend of Playboy magnate Hugh Hefner and as a reality star on Kendra, but it turns out that the Kendra On Top star had a lucrative gig before fame found her: stripping. In a shock to very few, Wilkinson told her co-stars on the U.K.'s I'm a Celebrity ... Get Me Out of Here! of her stripping past, but in a legitimately jaw dropping revelation Wilkinson explained just how much she made in only a "couple of months" of stripping — half a million dollars.

As Fox News reports, "After working at a pizza shop and as a dental assistant, Wilkinson woke up one day and decided to become a stripper."

"I only stripped for six months," she told the I'm A Celebrity ... Get Me Out Of Here cameras, "but I probably made up to 500 grand."

Damn.

The Daily Mirror reports that Wilkinson explained to her co-stars, "I'm just like a free spirit and I wanted to see how much I could earn."

Admitting that she liked "to party," she "looked up my nearest strip club, right, and I told my boyfriend I'm just going to call and see what happens. So I call and I'm like, 'How do I become a stripper?'"

After that display of stunning naiveté, unsurprisingly, when she went in the next day, "the guys were really nice. They were like, 'Hi honey, how you doing?' I'm like, 'I just want to try it.'"

But she did offer up some political commentary from her experience, saying that "In the U.S., when you turn 18 you're allowed to go and get a stripper licence, so when I turned 18, I went and did that and it took off. And my clothes took off too."

As Us Weekly points out, Wilkinson didn't strip for long, but it didn't stop the, er, natural beauty from being showered in cash. "My first night there," she went on, "I made $4,000 just by sitting with a guy."

"Because I was a new girl, and he just wanted to sit with me and get to know me. Four grand! The next day, I was like, 'Um, I gotta quit dental assisting.'"

"I only stripped for a couple months. But I made bank. Just cash, f--king cash everywhere," she continued. "I didn't know what to do with it."

"When I was a stripper," she told the I'm A Celebrity camera, "I didn't know what to do, how to do it. I just kinda walked around the pole, took my clothes off ... and money just came flying at you," she added, showing off the intellectual rigor a woman whose 2011 book was called Sliding Into Home has become known for.
