MTV's Slednecks is a new comedic docu-series that follows a group of 'outdoor tough' friends living in the rural town of Wasilla, Alaska. With mountains and rivers as their playground, these close friends make the most of what they have while always having a blast doing it. Polar Bear plunges, airboating on ice, glacier parties, river wakeboarding, and human catapulting are just some of the action-packed adventures these "Slednecks" get into, while also navigating dramatic friendships and relationships in the prime of their lives.

MStars News reporter Star Connor spoke one-on-one with Sierra and Kelly, long-time loves involved in a tumultuous on-again, off-again relationship. When not in the doghouse with Sierra, Kelly can usually be found messing around with his best friend Trevor, pushing airboats and snowmobiles to the limit or building ridiculous contraptions for his friends' entertainment. Sierra is sassy and outspoken and can't help but get involved in everybody's business. One thing is certain — wherever she goes, drama follows.

In the interview with Star, Sierra and Kelly explained just what it means to party Alaskan style.

Kelly: "I like to feel that everything is bigger in Alaska, we just like to take things to the next level." Kelly's examples includes, "Oh lets have a fire, no, lets a huge fire ... lets drink some beer, no, lets drink some beer and do something crazy."

Star: What makes Alaska so different than doing anything here?

Kelly: "Everywhere you go claims to have wilder things."

Serria: "No only is the state bigger here, but also we only have 3 months of summer." She adds, "We have to do it up when we can, and we don't always have the resources that everyone else does so we have to find creative ways to have fun, so sometimes it gets a little bit wild"

Star: What are some things that you have done wild and crazy on the show?

Kelly: "We've done numerous things." He adds, "We wanted to have a barbecue so we built a spigot to a bicycle and when you pedal this bicycle you make fire."

Serria: "I think the funnest thing for me was probably in this past episode when we built our own raft."

Star: When comparing your show to the West Virgina show, Buckwild, what makes your crazy a little crazier than theirs?

Kelly: "The cold. The freezing cold, then the freezing cold water."

Star: Is it always cold up there in Alaska?

Kelly: "We've got 3 months of summer. Our summer gets pretty hot."

Sierra: "It can get up to 100 in the summer on really good days."

Star: Changing subjects, I know you guys are on-again, and off-again. How is that currently going, how is that working out?

Sierra: "I think that you might have to tune in Thursday to see what ends up happening with that."

The couple previously left fans hanging with major relationship changes last episode.

Star: How do you spend your time, have you ever left Alaska?

Kelly: "I have never left Alaska." He adds, "I have no desire to leave."

Serria: "I've left a few times. In high school I went on a choir trip to California, and I've visited some family in California on different occasions." She adds, "I actually went to Washington a few times for work training, so I've actually left Alaska like 7 or 8 times."

Star: What is it like having your lives on tape?

Kelly: "It's definitely a whole new experience. Even til this day I really don't know how my life has changed. Every day has been different, I'm getting more and more recognized."

Sierra: "I think it's going to be pretty incredible. Filming it didn't seem like it was different, we just lived our lives and the filming crew was just kind of there, we didn't noticed anything different."

She continues, "I think the difference comes when you see it on TV, and you see the amazing fans, and all the support of everybody it's just really amazing."

Slednecks is on every Thrusday 11/10c.
