MStars News has learned that Hit the Floor star and celebrity background dancer Stephanie Moseley's funeral was held Friday, Dec. 19, in Canada after she was killed by her husband, rapper Earl Hayes, in a murder-suicide.

According to TMZ, Moseley was laid to rest a day before her husband Earl Hayes's funeral was held.

MStars News previously reported that boxing champ Floyd Mayweather decided to pay for his friend's and labelmate's funeral. There were no details reported on if Mayweather decided to also give funds to Moseley's family.

Moseley's obituary, via Legacy, read:

Stephanie Mosely, dancer and actress seen in the "Twilight" film series and VH1's "Hit the Floor," is dead following an apparent murder-suicide today. Police suspect Moseley was killed by her husband who then killed himself. Moseley, 30, worked in Los Angeles since 2004, appearing in music videos for Jennifer Lopez, Rihanna, Beyoncé and Chris Brown as well as the CW series "Hellcats."

MStars News previously reported that Moseley died after being shot multiple times by her husband while taking a bath on the morning of Dec. 8. Hayes, Moseley's husband, was a rapper and a former label artist of Floyd Mayweather.

He shot and killed Moseley, before turning a gun on himself, as Mayweather listened to the whole horrific episode.

We previously reported that Mayweather did in fact speak with the LAPD and revealed that he told the police that he tried to stop Hayes from killing himself and advised Hayes to leave Moseley before he killed her.

MStars News also learned that Moseley's friend, America's Next Top Model winner Eva Marcille, was the person who identified the body of Moseley after she was killed.

Eva, 30, told reporters:

"I met Stephanie Moseley in 2002. She had just moved to LA — she was a part of a dance group called Best Kept Secret. My cousin was doing her makeup, and I just thought she was the most gorgeous girl. She didn't have any friends in L.A. ... so I decided I would take her under my wing.

"At that time, I was headed to college, and I decided I wanted to be a model," Marcille added. "So we made a pact, and we decided we were gonna figure this business out and become stars together."

Hit the Floor star and dancer Taylour Paige added more photos to her Instagram account, captioning the one below of herself along with Moseley and some friends, "I miss you."
