WATCH NBC New Year's Eve With Carson Daly Live Online Stream: Tony Bennett, Lady Gaga, Seth MacFarlane, Blake Shelton, Gwen Stefani & Pharrell Williams

Ring in 2015 with NBC's New Year's Eve With Carson Daly, featuring performances by Tony Bennett, Lady Gaga, Family Guy's Seth MacFarlane as well as The Voice judges Blake Shelton, Gwen Stefani and Pharrell Williams. Daly will be joined by fellow hosts, actor Terry Crews from Brooklyn Nine Nine, Marry Me's Ken Marino and model Chrissy Teigen. There will be over musical performances and over two hours of music beginning at 10 p.m. on December 31 on NBC. Find out where to stream the show below.

Set up on the other side of Times Square from Ryan Seacrest, ABC and Taylor Swift, NBC will have pop superstar Lady Gaga and crooner Tony Bennett delivering hits from their recent duets album Cheek To Cheek, while going head-to-head with the "Shake It Off" singer. Unfortunately, it seems the two networks weren't able to set up some sort of Times Square cage match between the two superstars.

As The Wrap report, The Voice coaches "Stefani and Williams are also scheduled to perform together," on the NBC special, perhaps on Stefani's tune "Spark The Fire", which was produced by "Happy" hit-maker Pharrell. Maybe he'll bring a fancy hat to ring in the new year.

Shelton — who recently released his latest No. 1 album Bring Back the Sunshine — as well as A Million Ways To Die In The West and Ted director MacFarlane, will also perform for the broadcast. Emmy Award-winner and Oscar and Grammy-nominee MacFarlane also recently released a holida-themed album, called Holiday For Swing.

As for New Year's Eve With Carson Daly's train-wreck chances, The Washington Post rank it as "Middling to high. Hey, MacFarlane is there, for some reason."
