Nancy Grace Vs. 2 Chainz: Is '#Pot2Blame?' [WATCH] The TV Host Battle It Out With The Rapper Over Legalization Of Marijuana

Looks like it will be a crazy night on Nancy Grace when rapper 2 Chainz makes a guest appearance to discuss the legalization of marijuana.

In the preview for tonight's show (Jan. 13), Grace will battle the rapper as they debate on the trending issues of making weed legal in all the states.

"OK, you keep saying that I am showing one video, but I want you to look at this ... there's this guy named Melvin Blevins, where he goes, and he pawns his camcorder and look, this is what they find."

In the video it shows a toddler who has marijuana in her hands, aka the "pot tot on video." Grace says, "That's him forcing his 2-year-old to smoke pot."

Chainz interrupts Grace and says, "I got something for you, I'm from the urban community, I'm from the inner city and pawn shops are associated with a drug known as crack. Most of the time when people pawn things it's not to buy a sack of marijuana, it's to feed or hide this much more strenuous than a strand of weed ... So I feel like that person had a deeper problem then weed, that's a problem ... maybe they was high on crack when they were doing that footage right there."

Nancy jumps back in and says, "Well I know this, they were high on weed ... and when they searched the man's home they didn't find crack, they didn't find herion, they found weed," as 2 Chainz chimes in saying, "because he couldn't afford it, he been pawning it."

"You have a shred of hair, that's evidence, that man who has pled guilty on these charges had a crack problem," Nancy explained.

Nancy accuses Chainz of "knowing somebody who pawns something to get crack." The rapper asks, "Did you see him smoking weed?" as viewers chime in, one saying, "I think Nancy need to smoke some once and a while. Just saying."

Chainz continues, "Did you see him smoking weed .... let's pull the footage back up, call him up."

Nancy says, "Go right ahead."

"Whose shooting this?" Chainz asked, "Let's go to court, who is actually holding the camera?" Nancy says, "That I don't know, but I seem him forcing his baby to smoke pot."
