One of the biggest attractions to 2015's upcoming film, Jurassic World, besides the reboot of a franchise, is the concept of a hybrid dinosaur being the movie's main antagonist. As if real dinosaurs like T-Rexes and Raptors weren't enough, it turns out stars Chris Pratt, Bryce Dallas Howard and the rest of the cast will have to deal with a mysterious new beast called the Indominus Rex. Well, this week we learned a lot more information on the animal, thanks to an official description published online on the film's official website. Check out some photos of the newest dinosaur below!

"We set out to make Indominus the most fearsome dinosaur ever to be displayed at Jurassic World. The genetic engineers at our Hammond Creation Lab have more than delivered," the description of the beast states. "At first glance, Indominus most closely resembles a T. Rex. But its distinctive head ornamentation and ultra-tough bony osteoderms can be traced from Theropods known as Abeliosaurs. Indominus' horns have been placed above the eye orbit through genetic material hybridized from Carnotaurus, Majungasaurus, Rugops and Giganotosaurus. Fearsome indeed."

The details continue: "Indominus' roar is estimated to reach 140-160db-the same as a 747 taking off and landing. And it can reach speeds of 30 mph...while confined to its enclosure. Come experience Indominus Rex for yourself beginning this summer. If you dare."

You can check out some scary imagery and a teaser photo of the beast by heading over to it's web page here!

As you can see, this attraction isn't open yet at the theme park, but we're guessing the movie isn't about how we don't see the terrifying animal wreaking havoc.
