The CW network is bringing together another Arrow crossover on The Flash. In another exciting team-up, will Barry Allen (Grant Gustin) and Ray Palmer (Brandon Routh) be able to work together and save Felicity Smoak (Emily Bett Rickards) from the super villain, The Bug-Eyed Bandit?

In Felicity's first appearance, Barry (Gustin) needed help when Captain Cold (Wentworth Miller) stole one of Cisco (Carlos Valdes)'s inventions. Barry was personally hut when he discovered Cisco made a freeze ray that could permanently stop him, in case he went bad. Felicity reminded Barry that Cisco and Caitlin Snow (Danielle Panabaker) were his friends and they would be there for him when things turned out bad.

In Felicity's second appearance, the scarlet speedster teamed up with Arrow (Stephen Amell) to take down the Rainbow Raider. When the Rainbow Raider messed with the Flash's head, it was up to Arrow to bring him back to his senses. The Flash then arrived in the nick of time to save Arrow from Captain Boomerang's deadly weapons.

As they say, three time's a charm because Felicity is heading back to Central City. Executive producer Andrew Kreisberg told Variety that audiences shouldn't expect to see another Batman/Superman confrontation between Ray and Barry, "Ray Palmer is all about technology and STAR Labs is all about technology. We get to see Ray so happy to be in STAR Labs... With Cisco [Carlos Valdes] and Ray, they're new best friends. The STAR Labs team is going to help Ray further his ATOM project."

While mentioning the arrival of the Bug-Eyed Bandit, Kreisberg teased a little bit more with Entertainment Weekly explaining why Barry needs Felicity to come around more, "The first episode with Felicity, she really came along at a time where her experience in being part of a crime fighting team definitely helped Barry overcome what he was facing that week. Similarly, when she comes, he's having a crisis of conscience that, in some ways, only someone like she can help him through."

In our recent recap, Barry, Caitlin, and Cisco had a falling out with Dr. Harrison Wells (Tom Cavanagh). Could things still get worse between them?

The Flash episode, All-Star Team-Up, will air 17 March 2015 at 8pm on CW.
