MStars News has learned that Suge Knight was rushed to the hospital after pleading not guilty during his hearing on Tuesday morning at the L.A. County Superior Court.

According to TMZ, Knight was suffering from a panic attack following his day in court. The gossip site claims that the fire department and paramedics rushed Knight by ambulance to the nearest hospital.

This isn't the first time Knight has been taken to the hospital while in custody of the law. TMZ previously reported that the former record label owner was sent to the hospital after he passed out in a jail cell, back in November of last year. That time, Knight suffered from a blood clot.

MStars News previously reported that Knight was once again back in trouble with the law after killing his friend, Terry Carter.

Knight's bad day all started with a fight that occurred after he and his friend showed up at a taping of rappers Ice Cube and Dr. Dre filming the upcoming N.W.A. biopic movie. Instead of killing the men who were involved in the fight, Knight backed his car into his friend, at a local burger restaurant.

After fleeing the scene, Knight finally turned himself in. According to the NY Times, Knight, 49, was with a lawyer when he drove to a sheriff's department station in West Hollywood to face the music.

When Knight walked in to the station, he was smoking a cigar and said, "When I get out, I can always smoke it."

Back in August, Knight was shot at a VMA party where singer Chris Brown was performing. During a police investigation, it was determined that the shooter was "interested in a common denominator [between] Chris Brown, Suge, and Game."  Brown "was throwing up gang signs before the shooting...and he was performing with a red bandana."
