Madonna might have had the craziest outfit last night during the 2015 Grammy Awards, but it was her antics that really stole the show and the red carpet. The Queen of Pop walked down the runway in a corset dress that left little to the imagination, but it was what she decided to do in the outfit that caused even more of an uproar. The "Living for Love" singer flashed her behind to the camera in a wardrobe malfunction that revealed her G-string and both her butt cheeks.

The singer showed up to the most prestigious awards show in the music industry wearing a dominatrix-inspired matador outfit that came complete with nails on the bottom of her shoes.

Madge also spoke to People, gushing about Givenchy, who designed not only her red carpet outfit, but also her performance ensemble.

"He's also made my performance outfit," the singer said, adding, "They are different colors. These boots have nails in them. I can't dance on nails," she explained of her red carpet look.

Complete with fishnet stockings, leather-arm gloves, a lace bustier and thigh-high boots, the star looked every bit like something out of a BDSM lover's dreams.

With her moves and outfits last night, it is hard for us to believe the singer is 56.

But it seems like Madonna's rump was showed up by Sam Smith at the awards show, at lease according to Page Six. Smith took home four awards last night, including Best New Artist, where he made sure to give a shout-out to his parents during his acceptance speech.

"I've got to try and say something without crying," the star said, adding, "Mom and Dad, I won a Grammy!"
