Grey's Anatomy fans are going to need to pour themselves an extra big glass of wine and grab two boxes of tissues for tonight's all-new episode. Viewers have been following the heartbreaking story between Sarah Drew and Jesse Williams' characters, April and Jackson, for the whole season, but it looks like tonight is going to bring the heartbreak to an excruciating level. The fate of their unborn baby will be decided, as the expectant parents deal with learning that their baby has a potentially fatal bone disease.

Drew teased tonight's episode, "All I Could Do Was Cry," to E! News, and she said that crying is pretty much what all fans are going to be doing.

"Get the tissues ready!" Drew explained to the site. "I don't want to give anything away, but regardless of what the diagnosis is, if it's Type 2 or Type 3, Jackson and April are looking ahead at a long, difficult road."

"If it's Type 3, their baby is in pain, having bones break, multiple surgeries for the rest of its life. If it's Type 2, they have to prepare to say goodbye," the actress revealed. "Either way, it's going to be really rough. But if it's Type 3, at least they'll get to love their baby. There are a lot of very happy people who have Type 3 and who have gone on to lead wonderful lives."

She also adds Jackson and April "would prefer Type 3, for sure."

However, according to TV Line, Drew tells them that April, "is expecting the worst, but definitely hoping that she's wrong."

April, who is a very religious character on the series, might soon be faced with what she would have to do, should the baby have Type 2 Osteogenesis Imperfecta.

[She and Jackson] haven't decided what they would do if the baby is Type 2, so she is hoping beyond hope that she is wrong about what she feels like is coming," Sarah told the site.

Grey's Anatomy airs tonight at 8 p.m. on ABC.
