Based on the popular crime novels by the late author Elmore Leonard, the final Season 6 season of Justified continues on FX. Before their inevitable showdown, will Boyd Crowder (Walton Goggins) and Raylan Givens (Timothy Olyphant) discover Ava Crowder (Joelle Carter) getting "out of the control?"

In our previous recap, Boyd discovered he was actually stealing from Avery Markham (Sam Elliott). While Ava was held hostage, Ty Walker (Garret Dillahunt) had his paramilitary men kidnap and threaten Boyd to make sure he stays away from their bank vault. After being humiliated by Markham, Boyd confronts Katherine Hale (Mary Steenburgen) about it and tells her he intends to get back at him.

In our recent recap, with Loretta McCready (Kaitlyn Dever)'s life at stake, Raylan had his own confrontation with Avery. Markham is planning to legalize his weed business and steal property to grow it. While Boyd is thinking of stealing Avery's idea and robbing his money, Ava is having a nervous breakdown, worrying about each other's safety.

In an interview with Entertainment Weekly, Carter reveals, "This is when it all starts to go out off control for Ava, unfortunately. And that was the beauty about this one episode, because I do feel like in the beginning, when Boyd's saying goodbye, she's saying, 'Here we go again.'"

The Constantine actress continues, "And then she goes out into the stairwell to talk to Raylan, and she's a little stronger with him. She's still going to give him some information because she has to satisfy both of these men while she decides what to do, but she gives it back to him a bit. It's like, what's it like to hold someone's fate in your hand? She really wants to know how much he cares. He tries to act like he doesn't, but I think in a way, [the writers] tried to give me a way to show that Ava knows Raylan and knows that somehow this has to be hard for him too, to put her in this position."

According to Yahoo TV, showrunner Graham Yost is already at work on the series finale, mentioning, "We feel pretty good about it. It's not going to satisfy everyone, but I think it will satisfy a lot of people, and again, our primary goal, in absentia, posthumously, we're trying to please Elmore. What would he have done? At the end of the day, if he went, "Yeah, that was the right way to end it" - that's been our goal."

We have 5 reasons why you should watch the final season of Justified.

Justified continues Tuesdays, at 10 p.m. on FX.
