Apparently, Ubisoft has not responded to this news yet, so we might have to wait for an actual announcement of the Alpha for a confirmation.

An official release date has not been announced for Tom Clancy's The Division, but earlier reports claim that it will get a late 2015 release alongside new Assassin's Creed and Rainbow Six titles. This news was announced during an investors' conference call with Ubisoft CEO Yves Guillemot explaining that the three new titles are coming in 2015.

According to iDigitalTimes, Ubisoft could possibly reveal this news and answer all Division questions at this year's Game Developers Conference (GDC).

"Many of our developers will be stepping into the limelight with official presentations coming from Ubisoft Montreal, Toronto, Paris, Montpellier and Red Storm," Ubisoft recently announced in a Blog post.

From what we gather from this Alpha speculation, 2015 holds a ton of great updates for The Division, with a release date at the end of the year. Are you hoping the open Alpha is announced soon? Let us know what you think of this video game news in the comments section below!
