Kelly Osbourne has decided to walk away as co-host of the hit E! show Fashion Police after a long week of drama surrounding Giuliana Rancic's comments about Zendaya's dreadlocks she wore during the red carpet of the Oscars last Sunday.

After news broke out that Osbourne quit, Fashion Police executive producer, Melissa Rivers made the following statement:

"Kelly Osbourne is a friend and has been a wonderful part of the Fashion Police family. I will miss her terribly and wish her the very best in all of her future endeavors. As my mother always said, the show must go on and I plan to continue in the same spirit."

According to TMZ, Osbourne has been at war with the producers before the Rancic "weed" comments erupted on Monday.

The gossip site claims that a number of insiders said the producers and Kelly weren't getting along before this week's ordeal where Osbourne threatened to quit.

The site revealed that there was some issues during the first episode that was produced after Joan Rivers died. Osbourne wasn't pleased with the direction the show decided to tape that episode.

Looks like Osbourne reached her boiling point on Friday, and walked out.

E! also released a statement that read:

"Kelly Osbourne is departing E!s Fashion Police to pursue other opportunities, and we would like to thank her for her many contributions to the series over the past five years, during which time the show became a hit with viewers. Fashion Police will return, as scheduled, on Monday, March 30, at 9 p.m. and no decisions have been made on her replacement."
