Fox's 'Gotham' Recap: 'Everyone Has A Cobblepot': Ben McKenzie's Jim Gordon Teams-Up With Penguin!

The Batman prequel, Gotham, returns with an all-new episode on Fox. As a major DC Comics villain takes center stage on the TV screen, will Jim Gordon (Ben McKenzie) and Harvey Bullock (Donal Logue) discover The Penguin (Robin Taylor)'s ultimate plans in "Everyone Has a Cobblepot?"

Gordon checks up on Alfred (Sean Pertwee), who is alive and well. Bruce (David Mazouz) isn't too happy that he has to lie and cover-up for Reggie, who stabbed him. Fish Mooney (Jada Pinkett-Smith) wakes up and meets Dr. Francis Dulmacher (Colm Feore), who doesn't care who Falcone is. The Dollmaker operated on Fish, gave her back someone else's eyeball.

Harvey Dent (Nicholas D'Agosto) returns to tell Gordon that Detective Flask has been cleared of all charges. The police commissioner presents Gordon with a video that shows Bullock confessing to Flask's frame-up. Bullock had to lie to save his job and not go to jail. Bullock reminds Gordon that he had to kill someone, his own "Cobblepot."

While Edward Nygma (Cory Michael Smith) warns Kringle that Flask is back, Gordon and Dent try to find a way to hurt Loeb through his secret files. Dent gets an idea and interrogates Loeb's former partner, who covered up a crime. He gives Dent and Gordon a name to follow up on.  

Fish works out a deal with Dr. Francis Dulmacher to get a steady supply of organs and bodies. Showing Fish what would happen if she fails, the Office Manager (Jeffrey Combs)'s head has put on a female woman's body. Selina Kyle shows up to pay Alfred and Bruce a visit in the hospital. Bruce tells her the board directors of Wayne Enterprises had to do something with Alfred's stabbing.

Dent and Gordon find themselves chased by men with machetes. Coming to the rescue, Bullock arrives in the getaway car. After Bullock threatens Loeb's partner, who gives them Falcone's name. Gordon meets with the Penguin (Robin Taylor) and makes a deal for a favor. When they get the secret files, Penguin gets 5 minutes to steal whatever he wants.

While Fish returns to the prison and gives up a few of the inmates, Gordon, Bullock, and Penguin arrive at the safe house. The three are invited by the homeowners to tea. After hearing loud noises, the trio find themselves in a gun battle. The detectives discover Miriam Loeb, the commissioner's daughter, hiding in he attic. 

Nygma is heartbroken that Kringle has someone new in her life. Gordon thinks Miriam killed her mother and Loeb kept her hidden to cover up the crime. She becomes fascinated with Penguin when they meet.  

Gordon meets with Loeb and shows her Miriam's bone necklace. He kept her hidden show she wouldn't go to Arkham. To keep Miriam hidden, Loeb gives up Bullock's files and promotes him to become president of the police union. 

While Penguin kills the homeowners, the Dollmaker shows Fish that she far away from home.
