Animal rights activists are not happy with the 19 Kids & Counting clan today, March 3, as one of their own posted a video of himself looking to cause harm to a cat. The Duggar family decided to go sledding after getting a helping of snow in their native Arkansas, but it wasn't all fun and games. Especially not for a feline, whom Jill Duggar's husband Derick Dillard almost ran over while making his way down the hill in the family's front yard.

Derick posted the video on his Instagram page, writing, "Sledding with friends and family at the Duggar home."

The TLC family gathered around as he made his way down the hill on a makeshift sled that was actually a cookie sheet. While there was a whole open hill to ride down, Dillard chose to pick the spot where he'd most likely make contact with the feline, as he headed down the incline.

Thankfully, the cat moved before the sled could run it over, but more disturbing was that the wholesome family stood back and laughingly watched as Derick almost caused harm to the creature.

According to Radar Online, what's even more concerning is that Dillard was helped with a push by Jessa Duggar's husband Ben Seewald while she stood back taping the video and shouting, "Push him, push him."

The news site's also reporting that the video outraged fans as they took to the comments section to express their opinions.

One user wrote, "Wow glad you treat that cat with God's love. You kinda suck," while another said, "that poor cat!! You should be ashamed of yourself by posting this and running over the poor innocent cat."

Do you think PETA will get involved or is this just a harmless video? Let us know in the comments section below!
