'From Dusk Till Dawn' Season 2: Robert Rodriguez, Wilmer Valderrama Release Video From Set! [WATCH]

Based on the cult classic from Quentin Tarantino and Robert Rodriguez, From Dusk Till Dawn: The Series returns for Season 2 on the El Rey Network. With a video from set released, all leading cast members, including Wilmer Valderrama, D.J. Cotrona, Zane Holtz, Eiza González and Jesse Garcia, are back in late summer 2015.

As we previously mentioned, Seth (Cotrona) and Richie (Holtz) are on the run from the cops after a botched robbery. The Gecko Brothers have the bank money that mob boss Carlos (Valderrama) hired them to steal. Unfortunately, the brotherly pair end up caught in the middle of an intense shootout with Sheriff McGraw (Don Johnson) and his protege, Freddie Gonzalez (Garcia).

The first season finale departed from its source material as the brothers ended up at the strip club run by master vampire, Santánico Pandemonium (Eiza González).The Gecko Brothers went their separate ways as Richie left with Santanico, who is now human. We last saw Seth on the run with Kate Fuller (Madison Davenport). Kate's brother, Scott (Brandon Soo Hoo) is still alive but has been turned into a vamp.

The Sin City 2 director, who is slated to helm the first episode, states, "It's great to be back for season two with the amazing cast and crew. We continue to push our story and characters into unexpected directions at a time when El Rey Network has greatly increased its distribution with six of the top eight distributors. We are also thrilled to expand our partnership with Miramax, which, based on the successful launch of the first season, has taken on a larger role in production this season and will be the lead studio on any future seasons."

According to Dread Central, the second season "explores a new chapter in this supernatural crime saga that expands the universe of our story across two Borders from Mexico to the edgy, tricked-out Texas of Robert Rodriguez. It also deepens and complicates the core relationships between the characters, while adding new faces and dynamics."

In the plot synopsis, Santánico and Richie are outside Houston, living like Bonnie and Clyde, while Seth and Kate are scraping by south of the border. Freddie Gonzalez is protecting his wife and young daughter in a Houston suburb. As Carlos Madrigal and Scott emerge from ruins of the Titty Twister, they will all come together to face off against an even bigger threat.

Season One of From Dusk Till Dawn: The Series is already out on DVD and Blu-Ray.
