Diem Brown may have passed away late last year but the Real World star's memory will never be forgotten. The fierce Challenge: Battle of the Exes II star was remembered over the weekend during the Cycle For Survival event which was held all over the United States. The star's bestie of 15 years, Alicia Quarles, along with Survivor: Africa winner and cancer survivor Ethan Zohn, and Diem's sister Megan participating in the fundraising event.

Quarles opened up about the experience in a blog post that she wrote for E! News, saying that taking part in the event was something that they promised Diem to do before she died, as a way to "keep her patient advocacy work alive."

The event, which has been going on for the last nine years, benefits Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center. This year, the team of all of Diem's family members and friends made t-shirts to honor the Real World star's memory with the hashtag DiemStrong written on the front of them.

Not only were Ethan and Alicia part of the charity event, but Brown's sister Megan also gave a moving speech to the participants before they sweating their butts off at the cycling event.

"She is the music at Cycle for Survival. She's in the cackling laughter, the encouraging chants, the determined sweat on our foreheads, and even in the turquoise tutus we wear as we ride," Megan told the athletes.

Alicia took to her Instagram account to share a picture from the event, writing, "Today we rode HARD for our girl @diembrown #cycleforsurvival #thisismybattlecry - Life is about your legacy. What will you do to make the world a better place? Diem darn sure did. Love you our dancing angel. More pics to come . . . Team #DiemStrong"

We are sure that Diem was looking down on the event more than proud of her family and friends.
