FX's 'Justified' Season 6 Recap: 'Burn': Will Timothy Olyphant, Walton Goggins Get To Steal Avery's Money?

Based on the popular crime novels by the late author Elmore Leonard, the final Season 6 season of Justified continues on FX with an all-new episode. Are Raylan Givens (Timothy Olyphant), Ava Crowder (Joelle Carter) and Boyd Crowder (Walton Goggins) going to get 'Burned?'

Raylan tells Rachel (Erica Tazel) and Art (Nick Searcy) that Ava might have flipped. Raylan and Art pay a visit to Wynn Duffy (Jere Burns) and turn him into their criminal informant. Because he was a former rat, Wynn is the reason Katherine Hale lost her husband. To keep his name hidden, Wynn promises to work with them.

Mikey isn't too happy hearing Duffy has turned snitch. Avery Markham (Sam Elliott) is planning on running as a politician. Seabass (Scott Grimes) returns, holding Katherine Hale (Mary Steenburgen) hostage. Katherine takes her purse and shoots Seabass with the gun inside. 

Wynn arrives at Boyd's bar and tells him Markham is hosting a gathering. When the party is over, Avery is going to move the money. With the clock ticking, Boyd and Ava has to rob the money during the party. Zachariah (Jeff Fahey) has two hours to get to the vault. 

Duffy meets with Tim (Jacob Pitts) and Raylan, who give him more orders.  Loretta (Kaitlyn Dever) drives home and sees a dead snake on the floor. Boon (Jonathan Tucker) shows up to say hi, threatens her, and shows off his gunslinging skills. 

Loretta shows up to meet with Boyd and Ava; the three want to go up against Avery. Boyd wants nothing  from Loretta because he wants Harlan County in safe hands. At the gathering, Raylan spots Loretta entering and offers her Arlo's plot. Boon meets with his idol, Raylan. They both place their hands on their piece.

While Avery makes a toast, Loretta makes accusations about the missing townspeople. Upstaging Avery, Loretta offers cash but won't move people from their homes. Katherine advises Avery that something needs to be done to Loretta. Duffy arrives just before Boyd is ready to ignite the explosives. 

Raylan meets with Ava; he knows everything. After Ava pulls the fire alarm, Boyd lights the fuse. Zachariah beats up Boyd and chains his leg. Boyd gets the rock hammer and breaks the chain, but gets burned during the explosion.  

With his binoculars, Tim realizes something went wrong. Avery knows Raylan is using him to get to Boyd. Boyd is furious with Ava, thinking she has been lying to him. Boyd doesn't know Zachariah is dead, but he will hit the vault when Avery moves the money. 

Raylan knows Boyd is going after the money harder, but Rachel doesn't believe him.
