It seems like the Fashion Police backlash is never going to end. Kathy Griffin has caused some controversy after leaving the E! comedy series, and it seems that everyone is weighing in on whether her decisions to leave was really based on the comment that Giuliana Rancic made regarding Zendaya Coleman's hair. Anderson Cooper, Kathy's bestie, and Andy Cohen weighed in on the much buzzed about departure on last night's episode of Watch What Happens Live.

According to Just Jared, the stars got into it regarding the real reason that Kathy up and left the program.

"I'm a huge Kathy Griffin fan. I want nothing but the best for Kathy," Cooper explained of his New Year's Eve co-host.

"I think she's going to go on to bigger and better things."

However, while Andy also claims that he is a fan of the fiery comedienne, he does explain that he is a little confused about the real reason over why she decided to give her notice.

"I think it's like the pot calling the kettle black," Cohen honestly revealed. "She's like, 'Oh, I don't want to make fun of anyone.' This show is about making fun of people. And the reason everyone loves Kathy Griffin is she makes fun of people constantly... I mean I love Kathy Griffin too! And I love her humor. But if it wasn't working, then say it wasn't working. I didn't think it was working but don't make it about the body shaming."

Cooper retorted back saying, "Well I don't know that it wasn't working," also adding that he was on "Team Griffin" all the way, and even took a dig at Cohen explaining that he just "love[s] to stir it up."
