Bobbi Kristina Brown's grandmother and late singer Whitney Houston's mother, Cissy Houston, has finally ended her silence about the 22-year-old's medical condition, and her words were very, very grave.

Houston was interviewed on "Middays With Shaila" on New York City radio station WBLS and spoke at length about Bobbi Kristina.

"There's not a great deal of hope," she revealed about her granddaughter.

Ever since being found facedown and unresponsive in her home's bathtub two month's ago, Bobbi Kristina has remained under doctors' supervision in a medically induced coma.

Houston also confirmed during the interview that Bobbi Kristina has been moved to an Atlanta rehabilitation center.

A source close to the Browns said that many members of the family wanted Bobbi Kristina to be moved to the rehabilitation center sooner, but her father Bobby Brown held off because he hoped she'd get better.

And even though Houston remains hopeful for a miracle, she seems to be coming to terms with her granddaughter's state.

"We're praying ... I give it to God one time 'cause I know he's able and I cannot change a thing," she said during the interview. "So I'm asking everybody to just pray to the Lord, who we know can do something about it. If he works a miracle, thank God. If it happens the other way, I'm alright."

In February, a source told Fox 411 that Brown was desperately hoping his daughter would get better, despite the fact that she'd shown "absolutely no signs of life lately."

"It really is on Bobby Brown's shoulders to let her go in peace," the source said.

Over the past few weeks, several members of Bobbi Kristina's family have spoken publicly about the incident, and Bobbi Kristina's boyfriend, Nick Gordon, recently went to rehab after breaking down during a taping of Dr. Phil.
