Teen Mom 2 star Kailyn Lowry has been known to stand up for what she believes in and has never had a problem speaking her mind on her MTV show. This was even more evident after the reality star blasted a follower on Twitter for disparaging gay people.

In an awful post on social media, Loran Mituro, who describes herself as a "world class boxer" and "celebrity personal trainer" wrote, "Look people I'm not saying gays are bad people. just saying it's awful to have them throw their nasty stuff in our faces. I don't agree #gay."

The hateful remark made the Pride Over Pity author livid and she replied, "Their nasty stuff? Ok, ms. Celebrity trainer, let me ask around & see how many celebs would go to you."

Then another follower, Real Mr. Housewife, backed up Kailyn and patted her on the back for defending the gay community. "These comments are so disgusting. Thanks for the #LGBT support, Kailyn!" he wrote. "I'll credit her ignorance to being that desperate for attention," the mother-of-two posted back.

As MStars News reported, this isn't the first time the Love & Lowry designer has battled Twitter haters over critical remarks. When she wrote about getting a new house, follower Ashley tweeted, "Yeah because all of us have $20,000 laying around." Then Esme JOËLLE tweeted a dig, "Maybe if we got knocked up at 16, got our own TV show, and sold sh**ty t shirts we would."

The Delaware student didn't engage the haters too much, but answered, "I'm sorry you guys are so pessimistic and bitter. Happy Friday!" along with making it known that she isn't as rich as they think.

"Some of my friends have more expensive cars than me and they're not on tv. TGIF," Kailyn responded.
